A fair amount - particularly wrt generating valid instances of profiled resources (supporting extensions) that now seems to be working OK (though there seems an issue with the validation on the server not working correctly - it fails valid instances).
Was there anything in particular you were waiting on?
(I've not yet updated the fhir.org instance - maybe I should designate a test instance that we can use in advance of the event)

the other area of focus has been the 'integration' between the logical modeller and the graph generation in conman. I'm trying to make it as easy as possible to create/update models (either based on resources or ad-hoc) then generate graphs in conman to test those models out.

Oh - you can also select a patient from the data server, then pull down existing resources into the graph...

Nothing specific I was waiting for, but BR&R are planning a Clinicians-On-FHIR activity in San Antonio and I'm starting to think about the mechanics. I think designating a test instance would be good.
