Went to http://clinfhir.com/bundleVisualizer.html Home tab
and tried to change the data server to https://cqm-sandbox.alphora.com/cqf-ruler-r4/fhir/
but pop up says
This url did not return a CapabilityStataement from https://cqm-sandbox.alphora.com/cqf-ruler-r4/fhir/meta
https://cqm-sandbox.alphora.com/cqf-ruler-r4/fhir/metadata?_format=json works, so do you @David Hay need to change "meta" to "metadata"?
