Here are the nutrition problem statements (aka nutrition dx) for Bob Anyman:
1. Excessive energy intake related to food- and nutrition-related knowledge deficit as evidenced by body mass index (BMI), total energy intake
2. Excessive carbohydrate intake related to food- and nutrition-related knowledge deficit, disordered eating pattern, daily intake of soda/sugary beverages as evidenced by glycosylated hemoglobin A1c measurement, total carbohydrate intake
3. Obese, class I related to disordered eating pattern, excessive energy intake, overconsumption of high sugar beverages and energy-dense fast food meals as evidenced by body mass index (BMI)
4. Excessive sodium intake related to disordered eating pattern, food- and nutrition-related knowledge deficit as evidenced by sodium intake

David - We were able to successfully add the Allscripts server and pull back data but other people can't see it in their dropdown list. Is add server just for individual use?

@Jeffrey Danford the adding of a server is local to that browser - each browser that wishes to access the server needs to add it themselves. A word of warning: a scenario in the scenario builder doesn't references any resources outside of those in the actual scenario (yet). If you're using the original resource builder then you (and they can).

@David Hay thanks for the clarification. Some of the clinicians in the track were asking it be added to the permanent list but I'm not sure that's appropriate at this point. You've made adding it individually relatively painless and I think that will work for their current scope and use.
