I tried adding our own installation of the HAPI server to clinFHIR ( http://fhirtest.b12x.org/baseDstu3/) to clinFHIR. It passes the checks for 'Support $everything' and 'Is terminology server'. But when I try to add a Patient to the Scenario Builder, I'm getting {"msg":"No matching profile (http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/Patient) found on http://fhirtest.b12x.org/baseDstu3/StructureDefinition (but not a server error - just not present)"} message. It works when I point to the public HAPI STU3 server. Any advice appreciated.

Hi Bob - this suggests that you've set the conformance server to your server but haven't actually loaded the base profiles to that server - is that correct? I did a post on that here: https://fhirblog.com/2016/10/19/setting-up-your-own-fhir-server-for-profiling/

You can, of course, use your server for data and the hapi 3 for conformance if that works for you...
