@Thomas Beale I'm going to follow Erik's lead and move this to the openehr stream.

CapabilityStatement can be used to define requirements for implementation, theoretical implementation capabilities (e.g. shrink-wrapped software that will be configured on installation) and 'actual' capabilities - what a given server at a given IP address was capable of at of 12:53pm today
Lloyd McKenzie (Jul 07 2017 at 15:10):
If neither CapabilityStatement.software or CapabilityStatement.implementation are present, you're looking at a "what should be done" resource - the kind that's appropriate to include in an IG or an RFP.

Ill give that a try. thanks

Error with: "Add dateTime property to Observation.effectiveDateTime" does not allow me to SAVE my date/time. Only way to get out of the pop-up box is to hit Cancel.
David Hay (Feb 02 2018 at 18:34):
Mark: you also need to click to select a date as well. Will fix to default to today...
David Hay (Feb 02 2018 at 18:36):
btw - time does not seem to be correct anyway - probably a time zone thing - will look into that as well, but at least you can enter data now!
Mark Janczewski (Feb 02 2018 at 19:08):
Yep, can enter a date and save, but not a date and time. We're getting there!
David Hay (Feb 02 2018 at 19:15):
Actually, I think date and time works (it's just time alone that fails) - but the time is weird...
