I can write a Jira, but wanted to get a sense of folks thoughts first. In US Core Patient, invariant us-core-8 requires either (family or given) or DAR. Is the intent for this invariant to apply to all Patient.name entries, or at least one? In our case, we use Patient.name.text for old names and aliases, and we don't always have discrete components, so we aren't sending given/family. Now we could add a DAR here, but wondering if the intent was that at least one entry in Patient.name have (given or family) OR DAR, or that all name entries have it. It seems a little strange to require a DAR for name types with a use of nickname, anonymous and (arguably) old.

I don't understand the use case for having multiple entries needing to have DARs, seems a bit edgy to me, but the intent is for each entry to follow the invariant.

I am surprised to see this come up, because this element has not changed since 2018?
