I remember that a invariant key only need to be unique in a profile. It is till surprising to find two us-core-1 invariants in US Core IG (one in US Core Condition, the other in US Core Lab Result Observation). I don't know if it necessary to distinguish them with different keys since it is confusing when talking about us-core-1 invariant w/o mentioning profile name
