We have been working on reviewing several US-Core trackers as well as applying several recent Argonaut DataQuery team decisions. The Observation Results Profile has a slicing structure on the value[x] that adds complexity especially when basing other profiles on this profile (see 'reslicing'). We are proposing remove the slicing structure so that the profile will pose less of a barrier to implementation. I have applied the proposed changes here in US-Core and am seeking some offline consensus prior to our next DQ call or the Argonaut DSTU2 IG. Argo issue #62.
