For the the Argonaut DSTU2 profile and US-Core Ballot we have 1status as a mandatory element - for US-Core in STU3 AllergyIntolerance now has clinicalStatus and verifificationStatus. Our options are: 1) implement like we did for Condition
or pick one status or the other. I would like to get some thoughts here first and then follow up on a DQ call.

Note: Patient Care WG recently added an invariant to both AllergyIntolerance and Condition base resources to require clinicalStatus when verificationStatus is not EnteredInError.

As such, I don't think we need to do anything special as the base resource invariants (consistent with what Argonaut had done previously) should be sufficient going forward
