Is there any stronger language around required behavior for searching by name than what is described in the USCorePatientName search parameter (emphasis mine)?
A server defined search that may match any of the string fields in the HumanName, including family, give, prefix, suffix, suffix, and/or text
@Brett Marquard was testing a server that did not support searching by a patient's given name. Is there anything that says that they are not conformant by only searching within the family field, as was the case with this server? I didn't see anything in the US Core Search section, and this definition seems to come from base FHIR, so it seems unlikely there would be stronger language in the base spec.
