I provided guidance in followup on the change request.
Pascal Pfiffner (Nov 02 2018 at 08:34):
John, on a technical level, do you think setting the status to "entered-in-error" and removing/blanking-out all data elements is acceptable for all the cases you highlight or are there instances where a resource absolutely must disappear? I'm trying to figure out if the IG can mandate to never delete a resource but instead return an entered-in-error resource (and also return these resources on searches that don't limit the status) or whether full deletion should be possible, only requiring a status 410 to be returned upon read.
Pascal Pfiffner (Nov 02 2018 at 08:35):
What we should want to avoid is that Resources are being deleted and a read returns a 404.
Eric Haas (Nov 12 2018 at 21:56):
Since the HL7 ig-autobuilder is temporarily unavailable for R4 igs, https://healthedata1.github.io/TEMPUSCORE4/ is a link to a temporary site for the US Core R4 for review of preapplied tracker items only.
Eric Haas (Nov 12 2018 at 21:58):
Note that this is a minimal ig due github pages folder size limits. I have removed the xml, json or ttl views as well as examples from this temporary site.
Eric Haas (Nov 14 2018 at 17:17):
updated IG is here with new section on clinical notes:
