Double checking: the old US core race and ethnicity extensions (http://hl7.org/fhir/DSTU2/extension-us-core-race.html) - that are just a CodeableConcept - apply only to DSTU2, and for R4 (and STU3) servers should always use the structured extensions with ombCategory, detailed and text sub-extensions, correct? (eg http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU2/StructureDefinition-us-core-race.html) - correct?
