At the the launch for the Argonaut Questionnaire Project I mistakenly stated there was not going to be Questionnaire Track in Cologne. In Fact - hot off the press - there indeed will be a Questionnaire's track at the May HL7 Connecthon in Cologne . For those who are interested more information about the SDC project the current (April 2017) implementation guide can be found here

New extensions. Some extensions have migrated to core based on changes already made to Questionnaire. We're going to be revisiting how pre-population can work, including exploring a CDS-Hooks option. The aim is to make it easier and also better support extracting from FHIR instances.
