Would someone be willing to give me a quick overview of current status of the "Argonaut Provider Directory Implementation Guide" (http://fhir.org/guides/argonaut/pd/). Is this still an active Argonaut project, or did it morph into something else?

its based on FHIR Version 3.0.1, used by care equality and is no longer active. Other initiatives have built upon it for FHIR R4, check out Da Vinci PDEX Plan Net.
