I see on the Argonaut project page that there is plans for a new R4-based version of the Data Query IG. The page says Winter 2019. Are there more definite dates for when the R4 version will be available?

Argo R4 work has been rolled into US Core R4 for the STU Comments. We expect US Core ver 3.1.0 to be published on Halloween. ( trick or treat indeed )
There will not be a separate published ArgoR4 guide. We will need to update that page to reflect the roadmap
