@Robert Scanlon How did you want us to troubleshoot/reach out for Inferno testing issues? We are seeing things like:
CapabilityStatement.rest[0].resource[1].searchParam[3].definition: URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/SearchParameter/Account-type' does not resolve,
Procedure.performed date is returning a DAR, but Inferno is reporting that as an error.
