the hl7.org/fhir one makes sense for the ones defined by FHIR already

The unqualified one seems like that wouldn't make sense, are we stuffing all extension values in there?

But the newer, draft IG seems to also reference the unqualified system. EG: http://ig.fhir.me/Healthedata1/Argo-DSTU2/structuredefinition-argo-careteam.html (the required pattern on the category field)

though really, both systems are pretty "unqualified" - one just lumps it under all of argonaut, the other just lumps it under all argonaut extensions, I guess :)

Ok, this question came up in S4S since the validator is trying to check values coming back against the IG, and it's not really clear what this *should* be :)

I added a new issue Proper Argonaut extension code system. For now, I believe everything should be http://argonaut.hl7.org/. Where on the page to you see the others?

We fixed the examples a week or two back. My open question is what goes into US-core -- it seems we should have a us-core-* for these items if required for CCDS.
