In the DAF Vital SIgns profile (http://hl7.org/fhir/daf/daf-vitalsigns.html ) Observation.related.type is fixed to "has-component". This does not seem to be a value from the "required" value set http://www.hl7.org/implement/standards/fhir/valueset-observation-relationshiptypes.html

We updated the type to 'has-member' in both the Argonaut IG and in DAF STU2

The value "has-component" was removed from the type value set to coincide with the introduction of thecomponent element in Observation So yes that is an error in the current DAF version.
