Looking at the published conformance resource here http://www.fhir.org/guides/argonaut/r2/Conformance-server.html I have a few questions:
1) Can an Argonaut server choose to implement additional search paths over and above those in the Argonaut IG?
2) The first table in the link above shows the "profile" column as being empty - is that intentional?
3) The use of extensions within the Conformance resource looks interesting - where are the StructureDefiniitons - we might do a similar thing.

The intent of the second one was really to make an association between a resource and a profile for generating a pretty narrative. Since then I've gone to using a more narrative approach to CapabilityStatements so no longer generating them from the structured content in the resource but using the addtitional content from the IG pages itself.

1) Yes this sets tne floor expectations and even then the FHIR server can pick and choose which profiles it supports.
