Is there any history on why US Core doesn't mention the combination of search parameters required to retrieve a patient's current problem list? It seems like this is a pretty practical capability.

It would at least get pretty unwieldy to specify every specific combination. Is there an expectation that servers should support combinations of recommended search parameter combinations?

Hey Isaac ! I suggest these are great ballot comments for a spec that is going to ballot. The simple answer btw is that the community has never asked for them.

thanks, Eric, I just wasn't sure if we'd had a months long discussion three years ago and arrived at the current scenario intentionally. For server implementers, do you support searching on Condition with this combination of parameters: patient+category+clinical_status ?
