So https://www.hl7.org/fhir/us/core/clinical-notes-guidance.html says that some document should be represented as both DocumentRefernece and DiagnosticReport - eg 'Narrative interpretation of MRI'. What should be the values of DiagnosticReport.category and DocumentReference.category for that?
LOINC LP29684-5 (Radiology) for both?
Or LOINC LP29684-5 for the DiagnosticReport and clinical-notes for the DocumentReference ?

Great question - For DiagnosticReport.categroy I would expect LP29684-5and for DocumentReference ideally both. But that is just my initial reaction
