Is there a way to comment on the Argonaut Data Query Implementation Guide Version 1.0.0 like there is on FHIR itself?
I'm concerned about the representation of Blood Pressure as component as specified herein: http://www.fhir.org/guides/argonaut/r2/StructureDefinition-argo-vitalsigns.html. Given that there are many panels that include blood pressure with multiple components, this results in a challenging representation and inconsistent method of access for specific coded concepts for our users.

We did not constrain the BP so that you can't add other components. It may be too constrained on type however...
