So I downloaded the argonaut profiles from here: http://www.fhir.org/guides/argonaut/r2/
But the StructureDefinition resources (eg on Patient) have a 'targetProfile' element in the ElementDefinition.type element, which is an R3 element...

Just being picky, but in the conformance section for observation on this page: http://www.fhir.org/guides/argonaut/r2/Conformance-server.html the summary of search criteria uses example queries like: [base]/Observation?patient=[id]&category=laboratory . These should be [base]/Observation?subject=[id]&category=laboratory . (ie subject not patient)

If you find any issue for Argonaut R2 you can log them here. We ( the Argo team) do intend to publish an update with technical corrections when we get a chance.
