Topic: Argonaut V4 status?

Dear All,
We are looking at a FHIR Facade to serve up our data in a standard / interoperable way. For example an Observation or Procedure. The decision from those above me is to "go with International V4" which is a bit loose at the macro component level. So my basic question is how mature argonaut for V4 is (i.e. how not subject to change it is) & how comprehensive. i.e. we do not want to be creating our own macro-datastructures if we can avoid it as that clashes with the standard & interoperable aims. At the moment we are specifically restricting ourselves to "GET" with POST to follow once we have get done.

In the US Market place the US Core 3.1.1 (based on FHIR R4) is named in ONC Cures Update Certification regulation and is a good version to target. It contains the latest lessons from Argonaut...The latest continuous build is here: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/US-Core/ . I would be careful to design in a way that's flexible for International and other use cases not currently covered US Core
