Connectathon Description on confluence under 2020-09 Argonaut US Core Track
Robert Scanlon (Sep 09 2020 at 14:20):
For those that take a look at Inferno today, we're planning on having a v3.1.1 set of US Core tests available tonight on the Community Edition side. If you are more interested in the full set of ONC Certification tests, those will still be on v3.1.0 (as ONC has not provided guidance on v3.1.0 vs v3.1.1), but we are more than happy to do hands-on testing there too.

Work in progress Must Support Conversation
Johnny Bender (Sep 11 2020 at 16:29):
Guidance from the (g)(10) CCG that includes "contains" clarifications: "For “Encounter,” “Organization,” and “Practitioner,” US Core profiles, only the “read” type interaction must be supported and will be included in testing and certification. For the “Location,” “PractitionerRole,” and “RelatedPerson” FHIR resources, Health IT Modules must either demonstrate support for the “read” type interaction or demonstrate support for providing the “Location,” “PractitionerRole,” and “RelatedPerson” FHIR resource references as contained resources. The “search” type interactions for these profiles and resources are not in scope for testing and certification.Health IT Modules must support these US Core Profiles / FHIR resources because they are included as “must support” data elements in US Core Profiles required by the USCDI."

FHIR-I will discuss extension for must-support on element type in Monday (September 14th)'s FHIR-I call. @Brett Marquard @Drew Torres @Johnny Bender
