Will the first two items (granular scopes and patient lists) also be added to the standalone or system scope (not just the smart on fhir use cases). Reason I am asking is it would be very helpful to be able to pull data for analytics using these two new features. For ex. get a list of all Procedures with a certain code or All Observations matching a certain criteria.
