I can see http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/icpc-2 for ICPC-2 on http://www.hl7.org/implement/standards/fhir/terminologies-systems.html but no 2+
Grahame think should I raise a tracker on core or should we do an AU thing as this is only used here? (I think?)
