Not to my knowledge. But we have a section on our wiki about other areas where we give an example for the United Kingdom.

I've thought about how to dynamically support various profiles. No good solution has popped into mind. In the short term, your best bet is to probably modify the FHIR exporter and create an alternate version that specifically outputs the profiles you want.
