@Grahame Grieve , I'm facing the following error from IG build (latest). when I checked with Shrimp, I can find them however IG publisher doesn't. Please suggest if any action is required from my side to get them resolve

Grahame Grieve (Jan 19 2020 at 19:59):
i don't see 1347121000168105 , for example in the international release
Shovan Roy (Jan 19 2020 at 21:12):
thanks @Grahame Grieve , these are from AU release I found. did you have a chance to check 5703600?
Shovan Roy (Jan 20 2020 at 00:23):
@Grahame Grieve I've found out a typo on the snomed code the right code is 57036006. please ignore this one.
Grahame Grieve (Jan 20 2020 at 01:23):
if they're in the AU release, then you should tell the IG publisher to use the AU release. 900000000000207008 is the intl release
Shovan Roy (Jan 20 2020 at 02:08):
thanks @Grahame Grieve I've used "sct-edition": "http://snomed.info/sct/32506021000036107", in the ig.json but still getting these errors. Do I have to mention this SNOMED module anywhere else?
Grahame Grieve (Jan 20 2020 at 19:23):
no. it was a bug on tx.fhir.org. Delete your txCache and try again
Shovan Roy (Jan 20 2020 at 21:56):
thanks @Grahame Grieve .. I tried removing the txCache in my local, it didn't help. The same is happening with CI build http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7au/au-fhir-childhealth/branches/master/qa.html
Shovan Roy (Jan 20 2020 at 23:24):
@Grahame Grieve a quick update.. after doing a full clean-up and taking the latest jar I was able to point to SNOMED CT AU. However, It seems it is working only if I provide a version number. with this url, I can see new error messages: Unable to provide support for code system http://snomed.info/sct version http://snomed.info/sct/32506021000036107/version/20191231. How would I know what SNOMED CT AU version is supported?
Grahame Grieve (Jan 21 2020 at 11:08):
it appears that it's running 20161031. I think it's really time we upgraded. @Rob Hausam can you do that?
Rob Hausam (Jan 21 2020 at 14:55):
Yes, I actually started working on that yesterday (prior to seeing this). I've been temporarily blocked, though, by an error that I ran into near the end of the import process. Further details here. Once we get through that error it will be up to date.
Shovan Roy (Jan 21 2020 at 21:48):
thanks @Grahame Grieve , @Rob Hausam . looking forward to it. Once this is done, I believe my IG will be in a much better shape for the Sydney Connect-a-thon :)
Grahame Grieve (Jan 22 2020 at 05:06):
ok upgraded (@Rob Hausam I finished the import while debugging so I just upgraded it)
Rob Hausam (Jan 22 2020 at 05:12):
OK, makes sense. Shovan will be happy. :) The US and Canadian editions and LOINC are all a version behind, so I will update those.
Rob Hausam (Jan 22 2020 at 05:12):
A quick summary of what the problem was with importing the refsets (or other issues)?
Grahame Grieve (Jan 22 2020 at 05:13):
I'm not sure, actually. I took the debugging statment out and had some other thing which just suddnely went away
Shovan Roy (Jan 22 2020 at 05:13):
wonderful.. @Grahame Grieve and @Rob Hausam .. let me quickly test it and confirm.. thanks for looking into this :)
Rob Hausam (Jan 22 2020 at 05:14):
Ah, ok. Sometimes it goes that way.
Rob Hausam (Jan 22 2020 at 05:15):
At least I have an account and can download SNOMED CT-AU now, so will be easier to keep it updated in the future.
Shovan Roy (Jan 22 2020 at 05:19):
I can confirm this worked..my IG looks much cleaner now :)
