we don;t have any real ballot or trial-use versions as yet; just candidates for ballot (i.e. connectathon snap shots) - really only the latest one of those has any interest to anyone... plan would be heading to having a ballot version after NCTS publishing terminology changes have gone into base and some QA work

I think the file is manual only. I'll certainly be maintaining it manually for hL7.org
