I am in discussions about the structure of medical history records and could not work out where this landed with discussions so far - did the Agency come to any conclusion on this one? Currently I have Conditions and Procedures represented but there is a query whether I should just use Condition for all entries... procedures recorded here may be historical or have occured in the clinic no real way to tell the difference
