Grahame Grieve (Jun 28 2016 at 04:03):
HIC www.hisa.org.au/hic/ - it's coming up 25-27 July.
Grahame Grieve (Jun 28 2016 at 04:03):
There's a couple of FHIR events there - a combined "this is what FHIR could to for the user experience" and a FHIR technical thing organised by HL7 Australia and something on Monday around informatics.
Grahame Grieve (Jun 28 2016 at 04:03):
and there's hacking health, of course, which is FHIR related
Grahame Grieve (Jun 28 2016 at 04:04):
I'm also wondering if people are interested in an informal FHIR user group meeting while were (all?) there - catch up on what's going on with FHIR in this country
Grahame Grieve (Jun 28 2016 at 04:04):
I can organise if there's interest (HISA talked to me about it)
Brett Esler (Jul 15 2016 at 00:10):
Any interest in a FHIR hack at HIC 2016 hacking health - Melbourne 25-27 July?

Grahame Grieve (Jul 15 2016 at 00:14):
I'll be there, but haven't looked at the projects yet - tonight
Brett Esler (Jul 15 2016 at 01:48):
would like to do a SMART on FHIR story..... anyone haveknow any web apps good for hooking up with GP data; even if they have no FHIR?
Grahame Grieve (Jul 15 2016 at 01:57):
smart on fhir with no fhir?
Brett Esler (Jul 15 2016 at 03:37):
meaning - happy to get those non FHIR apps up to speed with some FHIR additions....
Grahame Grieve (Jul 15 2016 at 03:40):
well, there's the growth chart...
David McKillop (Jul 15 2016 at 04:03):
I'm not sure if this is relevant to this discussion, but the growth charts that were on the PCEHR, seemed to have disappeared on the new release of the MyHealth Record.
Brett Esler (Jul 16 2016 at 02:06):
@Grahame Grieve - I do love the growth chart.... @David McKillop that would be a bit strange to loose that.. those growth charts would be a great candidate for conversion to a SMART on FHIR application attached to the My Health Record OR a local system source. Could use a profile as per Argonaut and convert the CDA documents with observations to FHIR. That would be Accenture source I imagine?
Brian Postlethwaite (Jul 16 2016 at 04:03):
Or a consolidated view of both at the same time!
Grahame Grieve (Jul 16 2016 at 05:24):
different growth charts in question here.
Grahame Grieve (Jul 16 2016 at 05:25):
as far as i know, the blue book stuff is not a candidate for FHIR yet
David McKillop (Jul 17 2016 at 23:31):
@Brett Esler - my mistake, the growth charts are present on the new My Health Record. I just didn't look around enough and following someone else telling me they were there, I did find the details of the growth charts.
Apologies for the misinformation.
Brett Esler (Jul 17 2016 at 23:59):
Thanks @David McKillop
