@Brett Esler the AU Base has been published several times. Each publication publishes it's own version of the history file... so the history is inconsistent. There should be a single history file that has all the versions

I maintain the history files by hand when I publish. I don't generate them

so might be better if I reference http://hl7.org.au/fhir as the history in AU IG pubs as the snapshot history will be there (that is by hand)
