I don't think there's a formal roadmap. @Bryn Rhodes may have some recommendations though...

We are working on some FHIR-based quality reporting educational sessions, stay tuned to the eCQI Resource Center for those events as they come up. We have also incorporated FHIR into the Cooking with CQL sessions.
