These files are included in the specification project, and the narratives inside have been replaced with a place holder to reduce the size.
Is there any reason why we wouldn't just remove the narratives entirely?
(and not have a narrative with text The narrative has been removed to reduce the size of the distribution of the Hl7.Fhir.Specification library)

The problem is that the lightweight version has had other element removed in addition to the narrative text, so for me I had to take the full version and remove the narrative so as to retain the other elements.

Don't have the details t hand at the moment for profiles - but for valuesets the lightweight version was missing contacts/description/copyright as well as the narrative text

Correct, this was removed to reduce the size of the deployed files (as there is a LOT of text in there)
For the code generation I remove the last modified dates too, as that creates lots of irrelevant diffs that makes it harder to visually check the diffs and code changes as a result (well for me anyway)
