Specifically we are planning on deleting the ft-t4-generation, ft-generic-tree and ft-generic-tree-newbranches

All the code that was in the ft-generic-tree branches has been moved forward into the experimental ft-generictree-validation branch which has the old fhirpath implementation in it, and some experimental invariant validation code in it.
