For those interested in the Jan 2016 Connectathon in Orlando we now have a branch of the dotnet FHIR client that supports the current version.

Will update this as we get closer to the connectathon.
Not sure if/when we will get it available as a NuGet package. But for now if you want it, grab this stream and build it yourself.
