Looking at the class for ElementDefinition. Why is 'BindingComponent' named as 'ElementDefinitionBindingComponent'? It seems inconsistent with the other class properties.

Hi Richard, if you look at the definition of ElementDefinition here: http://hl7.org/fhir/elementdefinition.html (switch to UML!), you'll notice that this name is taken 1-1 (minus the suffix "Component") from the name in the class diagram. Indeed, one might wonder why it's called "ElementDefinitionBinding", but I guess this has been done to avoid namespace-collisions elsewhere.
