for whoever tries to generate the C# library for R5: There's a problem in 5.0.0 - approvalDate and lastReviewDate in ArtifactAssessment have a wrong type - incompatible with MetadataResource.
I've hacked my generators to treat them as date not dateTime

(FYI: @Brian Postlethwaite) I merged in PR 76 which has that change as well as the others necessary for building the January Connectathon versions of R4B and R5 (e.g., adding them to the known versions list, adding the new URL pattern, etc.).
I'm still out until after the new year, but have Zulip notifications on now, so I should see these things in a more timely fashion =).
