Is there a way to pull an implementation guide directly from the HL7 site? I'd like to download the QI Core Profiles to adjust in Forge as a base for our profiling efforts.

I was able to figure out downloading the whole IG and then bring the resource definitions into Forge.

Good to hear you made it work @Larry Shields. Although I think you probably want to make a profile derived from the QI Core profiles, rather than editing the QI Core profiles.
Just place the QI Core profiles you've downloaded in a subfolder of your Forge project folder. Then browse to the profile you want to derive from, right click and click New Derived Profile. See https://blog.fire.ly/2016/12/05/forging-profiles-on-profiles/ for more info.
