I have just pushed 0.92.5 (for DSTU2) and 0.93.5 (for STU3) of the .NET API. They are no longer marked as pre-release, so should pop-up in your Visual Studio soon! Changes can be found here: http://docs.simplifier.net/fhirnetapi/releasenotes.html

Today we pushed a new release (0.95.0 DTSU2/STU3/R4) of the .NET API to nuget (https://www.nuget.org/profiles/ewoutFHIR)
