We have releases a new version of the FHIR .NET API: version 1.2.0-beta1 with R4 support.
This first beta of 1.2 includes support for FHIR version R4! In the coming period we will investigate the performance of this release and take the last bugs out (if there are any :wink: ). We will probably release a second beta, or if we are real confident about this beta1, we will create a final release 1.2.0.
