Hi all, we have released a beta of the 1.1 version of the FHIR .NET API, and the final 1.0 to NuGet.
The minor release incorporates bug fixes and a bit of new functionality, see here for more details: http://docs.simplifier.net/fhirnetapi/releasenotes.html
Note that the 1.0-beta has been out for 6 weeks - please read the release notes for 1.0 and my comments on the 1.0 release above to know more about the changes to 1.0.
