I have a ask me a question on my blog, and I just got this question:

There are several available FHIR API options. In particular Microsoft Azure, Epic, 1UpHealth all offer some kind of single source API to many systems. Are all APIs implemented essentially the same? If not, what might they be doing differently?

I presume they mean some kind of wrapper facade that does something. but those things are all different things
