Howdy, was wondering if there will be a build available for the May 2020 Milestone in the near future?
I've been receiving requests for testing Subscriptions, and while I can do a build locally it isn't easy to distribute to others.

Hi Gino, yes that is our plan. We are going to release version 1.7 of the fhir-net-api this week and if everything goes well it includes also R5 (May 2020 milestone)

Today we released the R5 version (1.7.0-beta-may2020) for May 2020 milestone. You can find the release notes here and the nuget packages here.
I hope you can use this for your Subscriptions testing.
