I have a question around the location of the well-known config, the spec says:
"FHIR endpoints requiring authorization SHALL serve a JSON document at the location formed by appending /.well-known/smart-configuration to their base URL"
I just wanted a little clarification, is the base URL mentioned here the resource server and only the resource server?
i.e. if you host your capability statement at abc.org/fhir/r4/metadata then can you well-known config only be on abc.org/fhir/r4/.well-known/smart-configuration ? or can you host it on say abc.org/oauth/.well-known/smart-configuration ?

Yes, the resource server. You can have it _also_ somewhere else I guess, but clients do not have a way to find it there
