In implementing the smart-configuration file output the metadata and the example response have different names for token_endpoint_auth_methods_supported (sample response) or token_endpoint_auth_methods (metadata definition above it)

This came up in ballot comments; proposed resolution (namely: fix to say token_endpoint_auth_methods_supported, per OIDC) at FHIR-27831
