Hello, just finished some testing with both the Cerner SMART sandbox and https://launch.smarthealthit.org/ . The fhirUser/profile claims are absolute URLs in the Cerner SMART sandbox but relative to the FHIR server base in smarthealthit.org. Which is correct?
http://hl7.org/fhir/smart-app-launch/scopes-and-launch-context/index.html#scopes-for-requesting-identity-data suggests it should be a full URL.
