Just wondering who looks after https://dev.smarthealthit.org/. I raised a question in the SMART on FHIR Google Group recently that hasn't got through the moderation phase yet. I've raised two related issues and associated PRs to https://github.com/smart-on-fhir/smart-launcher/issues and wondering who I might followup with.

Agreed that your interpretation is correct -- OIDC requires the IDP to reflect the nonce parameter, and the launcher doesn't currently.

Thanks Josh! @Vladimir Ignatov I've raised a couple of issues in the github repo and some PRs to resolve them. If there are any changes needed to the PRs can you please let me know in github? Thanks! I've cross posted here and the Google Group in case you see one location more than the other.

@Vladimir Ignatov and @Josh Mandel thanks for your help getting those changes published to the site. We're happily now integrating through our OIDC Relying Party. You may be interested to know that we ran into the same nonce issue with the Cerner sandbox.
