Will note this is the only way the spec provides to advertise a server's SMART capabilities in a fine grained way; we want to do whatever we can to encourage use (note @Vladimir Ignatov that it would be good for the SMART reference server to cover this :-))

I know the Finnish PHR reports the information at https://fhirsandbox2-auth.kanta.fi/phr-authserver-sandbox/.well-known/openid-configuration. Note that it's using openid-configuration, not smart-configuration.

That's close :-) Though clients shouldn't be looking for SMART capabilities there.
